Composite products

In the past years a variety of composite pipes and fittings have been produced, one of which is considered to be Glass Fiber reinforced plastic which is generally known as Fiber-Reinforced Plastics (FRP).
Often the composite combination may include fillers, viscosity modifiers, pigments and/or other additives. By combining resin, glass fiber, fillers, and additives to an accurate structural design, a wide range of applications can be accomplished. Fiberglass pipes and fittings are mainly produced from glass fiber and thermosetting resins. In the composite industry these kinds of products are referred to as Glass fiber Reinforced Plastics or GRP. These kinds of composites are divided into three main categories; pipes made of Glass fiber Reinforced Polyester (GRP), pipes made of Glass fiber Reinforced Vinyl Ester Resins (GRV), pipes made of Glass fiber Reinforced Epoxy (GRE).
