Pipes

FLOW PIPE®

BKA GRP Industries designed FLOW PIPE® series are Glass Reinforced Vinyl ester (GRV) pipes produced by the dual helical winding technology. The major raw materials used for production of FLOW PIPE® are fiber glass and vinyl ester resin. FLOW PIPE® pipes have exceptional mechanical and chemical properties.

FLOW PIPE® line pipes range from 1 inch up to 48 inches (25mm to 1200mm) in diameter and can withstand operating pressures and temperature respectively up to 45 bar and 70oC.

FLOW PIPE® line pipes are delivered according to following international standards:

FLOXY®

BKA GRP Industries designed FLOXY® line pipes for their reliability and mechanical advantages.
FLOXY® series are Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) piping systems. As the name suggests, the Epoxy resin material is reinforced with combination of glass fiber. FLOXY® is mostly applied in utilities such as cooling and fire-fighting systems where the requirements for reliability and mechanical strength are high.
FLOXY® line pipes range from 1 inch upto 48 inches (25mm upto 1200mm) in diameter and can withstand operating pressures and temperature respectively up to 60 bar and 130
oC. FLOXY® line pipes are delivered according to following international standards:

FLOXY FR®

BKA GRP Industries designed Floxy FR line pipes and fittings for their fire resistance properties.

FLOXY FR® series are developed with the goal of improving the fire proofness of pipping products, the manufacturing process starts with agitating the glass fiber strains with fire resistant additives among other ingredients before the winding process of high-strength unbroken glass fibers and corrosion resistant epoxy resin on to the surface of a steel mandrel functioning as the mold.

FLOXY FR® line pipes range from 1 inch upto 48 inches (25mm upto 1200mm) in diameter and can withstand operating pressures and temperature respectively up to 60 bar and 130oC.

FLOXY FR® line pipes are delivered according to following international standards:

FLOXY DUAL®

BKA GRP Industries developed FLOXY DUAL® line pipes is machine-made composite material produced by the filament winding method combining high strength unbroken glass fiber filaments and corrosion resistant epoxy resin onto a steel mandrel, which is acting as a mold.

The specially designed composite combination results in a structurally and chemically resistance enhanced product. Floxy series manufactured pipes are produced by filament winding process. All pipes have a liner with a nominal thickness of 0.5 mm, which consists of an epoxy resin and C-glass veil. The following layers are manufactured by winding the continuous E-glass roving fiber at approximately 54 degrees. Fibers are impregnated with a mixture of epoxy resin and amine hardener. The external surface of pipe has a 0.2 mm resin-rich layer to resistant external corrosion and UV radiation.

Floxy Dual line pipes range from 1 inch upto 48 inches (25mm upto 1200mm) in diameter and can withstand operating pressures and temperature respectively up to 80 bar and 130oC.

FLOXY DUAL® line pipes are delivered according to following international standards:

FLOXY HP/T®

BKA GRP Industries developed FLOXY HP/T® integral molded fittings pipe systems to perform under the most corrosive and demanding conditions relating to offshore environment.

FLOXY HP/T® line pipe series is one of the most advanced products of BKA CO. It is manufactured to withstand high pressure and thermal heat during operational process.   FLOXY HP/T® is developed according to highest standards in line with international industrial specifications and demands.

FLOXY HP/T® line pipes range from 1 inch upto 25 inches (25mm to 600mm) in diameter and can withstand operating pressures and temperature respectively up to 233 bar and 180oC.

FLOXY HP/T® line pipes are delivered according to following international standards:
